Fuyao Glass has posted revenue of 23.6 billion yuan (US$3.7 billion) in 2021, up 18 percent. Its net profit was 3.1 billion yuan, up 21 percent. However, this performance was surpassed by Xinyi Glass, with revenue of HK$30.4 billion (24.6 billion yuan), and a net profit of HK$11.5 billion. This is the first time Xinyi Glass has surpassed Fuyao Glass since its listing in 2005.

Fuyao Glass is the largest auto glass manufacturer in China, while Xinyi Glass mainly produces raw materials for automotive glass and construction glass.
