Huawei has named YU Chengdong who is in charge of the company's consumer division as CEO of its vehicle technology unit. Yu will step down as head of Huawei Cloud, a post he took up less than two months ago. 

A Huawei employee close to the matter told Jiemian News that Yu had taken the cloud position to “coordinate the resources of various business divisions.”

ZHANG Ping’an, another Huawei veteran will take over at Huawei Cloud.
