Foxconn⁠ and  Sharp⁠ said on June 24 that they had signed a memorandum of understanding to establish a framework for joint research, development and commercialization.

The partnership will focus on new business opportunities in areas including AI infrastructure, robotics and intelligent automation, next-generation communications, smart cities, and energy and ESG-related solutions.
