Nvidia ramps up H200 output as China sales await U.S. license approval

Nvidia is accelerating production of its H200 artificial intelligence chips and is waiting for final U.S. government approval before selling them to China, Chief Executive Jensen Huang said on January 6.

Speaking to reporters on the sidelines of the CES in Las Vegas, Huang said demand from China remains strong and that the company is working with U.S. authorities to finalize the remaining details of export licensing.
