The employees of Huawei's automotive business unit, upon transitioning to the joint venture with Changan Automobile, will be eligible for N+1 compensation provided by Huawei, Jiemian News learned from the telecom giant on Tuesday. Additionally, employees will be allowed to retain internal Huawei stocks and enjoy Huawei dividends. After signing a contract with the new company, employees will also receive a signing bonus for an additional four months.
